Well.. Monk has had far harder fixtures than the 5 teams that are below us..

I think he deserves more games and time..

Interesting way of analysing things and probably more valid than most so thanks for putting in the effort. I like your conclusions about where we'll finish relative to the others. There are a few variables to throw in like we are currently playing worse than we were for the first 4 games and Sunderland are likely to do better from here on in due to the Big Sam effect but at least you've shown that generally it's all to pay for which is slightly reassuring after all the doom & gloom.

I hope you're right and we start beating the so called contender teams at home but someone needs to tell likes of Stoke and Bournemouth to play ball to support the theory.
