That was Iris. Strict, but by God she was a wonderful teacher - absolutely passionate in her belief that ordinary kids should have the best opportunities. She used to get so many kids into universities 'persuading' them that her kids were the best around and deserved a chance. Changed many hundreds of lives. RIP Iris. |  | | |
