Just a bit of light to life the doom.
On holiday in Turkey & reading TSF: Access All Areas.
I know there have been posts on this before, but has it ever been confirmed it's Dave Kitson?
He references playing against us at the Vetch, when some of the pitch was frozen & one of his teammates (foreign) suffered a bad facial injury & didnt play again.
Can't say I remember Kitson at the Vetch?
Any ideas?

I think he played at the Vetch for Cambridge at the start of his career.

Pretty sure he scored at the Vetch after about 30 second in a Tuesday night game.

Always played very well against us.

Always looked like he had a goal in him.
