HITC Sport claim that Jack Ross is keen on a move for the 25-year-old, who is set to become a free agent this summer.
It is believed claims the Black Cats, Barnsley and Fleetwood Town are all lining-up a move for Oshilaja once his contract expires.
Oshilaja made 32 appearances for the Dons last season, and has also spent time on loan at Sheffield Wednesday and Gillingham.

Dundee's search for a new manager could take them to the door of outgoing Stoke midfielder Charlie Adam.
The Dundee Courier is reporting that Adam wants the job in a player/manager capacity.
It speculates that Dundee might be reluctant to take on a first-timer like Adam - but could be persuaded if he brought in an experienced number two to work with.
Adam's appointment, were it to happen, would complete some homecoming for the Dundee boy.

Edwards, who successfully overcame testicular cancer in 2018 and won huge admiration for the way he handled the situation, will be a free agent this summer after announcing he would be leaving Home Park in the wake of the Pilgrims League One relegation earlier this month.
Despite missing the second half of the 2017/18 season due to his cancer diagnosis and surgery, Edwards still played sixty-nine times for Argyle after signing from Morecambe in 2017.
Central defender Edwards has been one of Plymouth’s standout performers in a disappointing campaign and is considered one of the best free agents in the Football League this summer.
He is a commanding presence defensively and can also chip in with goals, netting five times for Argyle in thirty-eight appearances for the Devon outfit in 2018/19.
He has previously been linked with Peterborough and Portsmouth and will surely have several options to consider, but at the moment it appears Blackpool and Bristol Rovers head the queue.
Our View
Tremendous signing for a League One club looking to strengthen their back line and it is no secret Rovers and Blackpool need defensive players.
Portsmouth may be looking to see how the situation with Matt Clarke develops before making a move and Peterborough also need cover after the release of Ryan Tafazolli.
It will be interesting to see how this one ends, but I have a sneaky feeling we may well be seeing Edwards in a Bristol Rovers shirt at the start of next season.

Terry McPhillips has stressed the importance of recruitment this summer, as he closes in on a couple of new signings.
The manager has pin-pointed areas of the squad that he would like to strengthen and feels that some of that groundwork will start to come to fruition next week.
“I’m meeting agents and players every day now, having conversations and spinning plates. Recruitment is key, it’s crucial for us,” McPhillips said.
“We’ve got some spaces now and we’ve got a good base, a good foundation with the squad we’ve got.
“It’ll be nice to start signing one or two next week. These deals are never done until they’re done, but we’re certainly getting closer. There’s plenty of players out there, and the good ones are sought after.
“We’ve got a budget and we’ve got to stick to that. We’ll get the best players we can within that budget.”
Blackpool’s shortcoming last season came in the final third, where only 50 goals were scored in Sky Bet League One. That’s a particular area that needs addressing.
“That was our problem, we didn’t score enough, certainly when we were on top in games,” the manager admitted. “You need players chipping in from all over, we need more midfield players scoring and defenders going up for corners and scoring goals.
“In general play, we need more players who will help us make and score goals.”

Ash Eastham has been a constant since missing the opening day defeat to AFC Wimbledon.
Skipper Craig Morgan turns 34 next month and had an injury-hit season on his return from a lengthy lay-off at former club Wigan Athletic.
Teenager James Hill made his debut last season and versatile youngster Nathan Sheron can also feature in central defence.
With Morgan ending the season injured it would be no surprise to see Town swoop for a central defender.
However, should Jones put pen to paper on a deal with Town, it would cast doubt on the likelihood of Souttar making a return to Highbury.
While disappointed to see Jones leave the club, Bluebirds’ boss Ian Evatt believes whoever he joins will be signing a defender capable of second tier football.
He told the North West Evening Mail: “He was fantastic for us. It’s a rarity to get a defender who can do it all — he can run, he can jump, he’s physical, he’s left-footed and very good on the ball.
“He’s got an excellent opportunity to go wherever he goes with my blessing and he’ll be kicking on again.
“I genuinely think he’ll end up as a Championship player.
“But it’s lessons learned, hence why we’re offering young players two to three-year contracts now is to avoid this Dan Jones scenario.
“This club needs to be financially sustainable, to do that we need to get young assets on the pitch, so when the big fish come in we can ask what we want for them.”

Manager Terry McPhillips has revealed the two areas he is prioritising in the transfer market this summer — defence and attack.
Having recently made striker Adi Yussuf his first arrival, the focus is now on recruiting further forwards and players in the backline, especially with Ben Heneghan’s loan deal expiring and Donervon Daniels being on the released list.
“We’ve got some spaces left up front and we’ve certainly got some places at centre-half so they are the priorities,” he admitted.
“We’ve got the pull now of the fans coming back and the positivity in the town. People like to come to Blackpool and it now becomes more of an attractive proposition.”
Meanwhile, the manager has been pleased to see the renovation of the Bloomfield Road playing surface over the past few weeks, which should be conducive to more free flowing football.
“From the end of November onwards, the stats will tell you that the home form dips,” he explained. “We want to play some football on it and at times it’s been really difficult.

Work Continues On Squad Strengthening
Manager Terry McPhillips has revealed the two areas he is prioritising in the transfer market this summer — defence and attack.

Rotherham United are interested in signing Blackpool defender Curtis Tilt.
The 27-year-old has been one of the key performers in League One over the last couple of years, but is still under contract at Bloomfield Road after the Seasiders exercised their option of an extra year.
Tilt made 28 appearances for Terry Phillips' side last season and is receiving interest from other clubs.
Assistant boss Richie Barker says they would not be doing their job properly if the Millers were not one of them.
However, they are not in talks with either Blackpool or the player.
“He was someone that was mentioned to us two years go,” he told BBC Radio Sheffield.
“He is definitely commonly known as one of the most athletic and one of the best defenders in the division.
“He is one of six to eight defenders that are on our list up and down the country that we believe could come in and help us if we lost players.
“Like everyone else, there are a lot of conversations to be had.
“He is probably one of a number.
“Has a major conversation taken place? Not that I know of. Is he on our list? Well we wouldn't be doing our job properly if he wasn't.”
The Millers are also reported to be tracking Charlton winger Tarique Fosu.
The 23-year-old is set to leave The Valley this summer following the club's promotion to League One.
He is out of contract, but the Addicks have offered him fresh terms in order to receive compensation.
Boss Paul Warne could have to recruit up to four wingers this summer as his current crop are all primed to leave.
Jon Taylor and Ryan Williams have already stated their intention to move on at the end of their current contract, while the club announced on Wednesday that Joe Newell has also turned down a new deal at the club.
Newell appears primed to go to local rivals Doncaster.
