We can only report what we have been told and then square up with say Phil’s site or known contacts, chats with sources. All agreed the same.
As for ‘definitely’ that’s an impossible ask, as we said this morning he wants to come, hence the ‘get their man’ bit. The fee Bremen want could put off the swans, but as far as anyone I know is concerned it’s close. And that includes PS.

The people I spoke to at Derby were middle to old aged, been season ticket holders for 40-50 years, you could tell they were decent people, I took their opinion of whittaker on but thought at the time it must be sour grapes hoping a change of club would do him well but after seeing him do eff all work off the ball then throw a tantrum because he wasn't getting the ball I now believe them, if someone I met in a pub was a gobsh!te, spouting sh!te, then I would dismiss their views there and then. | | | |

The article makes it sound like a slam dunk and implies good sources, but I have also heard conficting reports that this is a long way off happening.
