Maybe there was a special handshake, so certain shares arenāt diluted, or they reinvested to keep their original %, or may have been helped to reinvest, or given extra shares to keep their %.

Swansea City LLC ( which includes chairman Andy Coleman, Jason Levien, Steve Kaplan, and Jake Silverstein) invested funds (bought shares) at the end of July. All other shareholders had their shares diluted except for the Trusts protected 5%. Huw Jenkins termination as a director was on 31.07.23.
