I do have some issues with Michaela’s systems as they’re not completely replicable.
Personally I’m glad her school exists at and that parents have the choice to send their children.

I’m a tad miffed by all this. If you choose to go to a particular school, in this case a secular school then accepting the rules as a condition of entry is part of the deal, if you don’t like it then clear off and go somewhere else.
In general I’ve go not issue with the HRA because there is some very good stuff in there, but it’s been twisted and skewed by all sorts of people to suit their agenda. Cases like this should require a significant contribution from the parties initiating the litigation. Does this case mean the school will be out of pocket as a result of having to defend the case as I can’t see the cool getting legal aid! | | | |

Maybe it's a relative few but in some places it's qute a large group, such as in Luton where there seems to be a large group of islamic extremists who believe our laws don't apply to them and our police should leave them alone whatever they do. They follow Islamic law and Uk law doesn't matter. | | | |
