They also have pioneered ground breaking investigative techniques, community policing and sexual offences investigations with referral centres and non disclosure of victims reports to enable early reporting.
I will add the training methodology is copied throughout the world, and recently retired officers are headhunted for positions, especially in the Middle East. The training plans in the uk and strategy on tuition is unrivalled.
