Being a lot younger at the time,and a bit of a musical snob,I couldn't stand Slade as a kid.Funny thing is,when I hear them now I can see how great they were.I hope that a cd edition comes out.

Yeah I loved them,you like the same music as the fella that sits next to me down the stadium.
Possibly but it's not me as I am in the East. In the 70's I just liked going to gigs. We had so many venues then, University, Rank, Dora's, Patti, Pier, Glen Ballroom, Townhill Tech, Skewen Rugby Club, Gwyn Hall plus more. Not counting travelling to Cardiff and Bristol. Probably saw at least 2 gigs a week on average. We are starved now.

Somebody started a petition online somewhere to get them into the hall of fame ,don't know how it went but they should be in there made some great records
