Rich, its a type of competition with people off the streets most have been in trouble for stull done a bit of bird etc, its run by ex special forces, they beast them fair play, last night they put I think it was 17 through a program called the sickener and they wouldn't stop until 4 quit which 4 did, one fella was 44 and went on the show after his son was killed in Afghanistan he was shot by friendly fire, he the father did very well but bowed out doing the sickener, think there's 12 left now, out of 25. | |

They stress the importance of discipline and controlled aggression, they had fight sessions last night [boxing] and one was totally out of control through fear they sorted him out and in the next session he was better, they asked if some didn't want to fight and 6 didn't but they did the next time in fairness, one chap was smaller than them all and suffered from mild epilepsy yet loved playing rugby so did very well in the murder ball game and also did well in the boxing, but he tried to opt out by saying he was suffering because of his epilepsy, Doc checked him out and give him a clean bill of health so they give the option of leaving or knuckling down so he did in fairness, think he'll go far in the process myself. | |
