A message from my Derby supporting mate (who unlike me is ITK)
He got sacked because he (allegedly) shagged Chris Martin's mum! On the pitch, he was OK. Nice enough football with plenty of possession, but not much end product. He's been assistant to Ancelloti at Juve Madrid & Bayern, so theoretically great pedigree but never been the main man & couldn't manage the ego's of the (relatively by Championship standards) big players. Tried to give everyone a game and you know where that get you. He's not what you need.

Well Wales only have one game between now and the end of the season I believe, so it wouldn't disrupt that. Perhaps they are going to offer him a short term contract with a big bonus if we are kept up? Would fit Huw Jenkins cheap, easy and short term thinking. Coleman does have a good backroom team. And if he could foster anywhere near the same sort of togetherness and team spirit here that they clearly have with Wales we'd be on the right track. |  |
