Gravells are incredibly sneaky. My parents bought a car off them around 3 months ago. It wasn't a cheap bit of scrap either, it was a fairly nice and middle class car. It has had many things go wrong with it and each time it is taken to be fixed, they attempt to force my mother to pay for the repairs when the car is in fact under guarantee and they know this.
Of course after a stern phone call they apologise and claim it was a mistake, but it has happened multiple times. I've been tempted to contact whatever regulatory board that covers this area many times. |  |

Stratstone tried it on with the missus car when it was under their 3 month warranty, sh@t themselves when we contacted Landrover customer care directly. |  |
