All shipped out. Rightly so. 19'days until the season starts.
Huw must have something up his sleeve. Hasn't he?

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Paloschi would've made the perfect back-up striker, sorry to see him go.

Paloschi I think was more homesick than anything. Never settled.

If we do sign 2 strikers as Huw has stated in the press then great but I would assume that would mean Andre Ayew being shifted out to the wing to accommodate the new guy. He has played there before of course but with us already having four other wide players on our books (Dyer, Montero, Routledge & Barrow) that would leave Guido with a bit of a selection headache when they are all fit and available. When I have seen Ayew play wide as well I am not convinced he is as effective as he is through the middle.

Ayew would preferably take up the number 10 role behind the main striker if he had a choice however there is no way we consider dropping Gylfi at the moment.

I heard a story about Gomis from his first fitness test at the club on Day 1 when he arrived.

One test they make the players do is put one leg forward and rotate 360 degrees while on some kind of balance board. Before Gomis did it, they told him to do it on the floor first before trying it on the board, and he still fell over

This was from a non Swans fan who knew someone who had worked at the club so no idea if it's accurate but it's certainly believable.

Oliveira and borini that would terrify defences.

Also Siggy ayew and others would know we mean business this season.

I've actually been expecting that for a while. And now with Moyes going there I wouldn't be surprised to see him surplus to requirements.
