Just a really quick one for you, if you'd be so kind? I'm not sure what branch of law you practice but I'm after a bit of advice on copyright law.
Let's say I was looking to publish something and had made every 'reasonable' effort to trace a potential copyright holder (the author(s) having long since passed away and the original publishing houses being no longer in existence) and inserted some wording to that effect, would I still be liable to prosecution for breach?

She certainly used to live that way.
Good for her. I was terrified of her in junior school. She had a bee in her bonnet about teaching us all to write in italics for some reason. I remember her literally putting me in the corner for some transgression or other (face the wall)!!
