We reverted to our pre Stoke game again today, slow and predicable, made it easy for them, we had moments yes, but it took a bit of luck in getting the own goal, that's what can happen when you put a decent intelligent corner low into the near post. |  |

They were actually quite well organised and defended as a unit.
They had absolutely no ambition and were inept in possession, but they weren’t easy to break down. We always struggle against teams that just come to suffocate the game.

Don't know, not got the answer either, we probably weren't that bad in general and I think the expectation was that would put Rotherham away comfortably, when that didn't happen and needed an unlucky own goal to win it, makes it look more negative than it probably was.
Rotherham were happy to sit behind the ball though, well until the goal and then they opened up a bit, would have been interesting to have seen how the game would have evolved if we had scored earlier. | |

Wasn’t my expectation Max as I warned some of the overly optimistic posters beforehand.
As 247 said, they came to defend and stifle and scored high marks in that area to be fair. |  |
