The ultimate test for our wonderful ground staff. 07:09 - Oct 25 with 618 viewsNOTRAC

Considering the dual use of our ground for both rugby and soccer, one of the wonders of our time at the Liberty has been the quality of our pitch ,recognised by the many awards that our ground staff have received.
However this week it will be put to its ultimate test ,with Swans matches last Sunday, yesterday and next Sunday. This under normal circumstances would be difficult enough .Tonight however the Ospreys are playing at the Liberty against the Dragons.
With the inclement weather being experienced at the moment surely this match could have been rearranged. It would be a miracle if the surface isn't badly affected for our game on Sunday. The last thing we want is a difficult pitch against West Ham that could affect our close passing game.

Ridiculous fixture arrangement, although the ground staff will be working on the pitch day and night through until Sunday so it should be in good order.

I must say it didn't look great last night and we're only in October. God knows what it will look like in February.
