Striker Paul Connor was signed from Rochdale for £35,000 by Brian Flynn - His last signing as Swansea manager. Connor was Swansea's second top goal scorer last season, scoring 13 goals - all from open play, he also built a good partnership with Trundle.
At the end of last season, Paul seemed on his way out and Darlington seemed favourite to sign the former Rochdale forward. The move fell through and Connor has stated he wants to stay with the Swans. Whether Connor will feature in Jackett's plans this season remains to be seen considering we have 4 other strikers that will probably feature ahead of Connor
Unfortunately, Connor will probably find himself on the new White Rock bench a lot this season, he is not a bad player and always gives 100%.
