What Roberto had to say after the Swans cruised past Southampton at the Liberty

Martinez told BBC Sport "It was one of those days that in every single department you can get many positives.

"To be able to control play that way and perform with the intensity that we did is pleasing but I think Southampton were the best footballing side we've had here this season.

"We are looking at that performance and it seems that we are slowly getting into this division.

"It was bad news for us that Marcos Painter was stretchered off in the second-half with a knee injury but we are talking about weeks out rather than months."
