Alan Tate thinks the Swans have to dust themselves down and go again - starting at QPR on Boxing Day

Defeat at Bramall Lane on Saturday saw the Swans slip to fourth in the Championship table but Tate is far from concerned althouh he clearly is frustrated at the missed chances.

He told the Western Mail “It wasn’t really a disappointing performance, it was just the poor goal that we conceded.

“We were on the attack, but there was a long punt forward and the lad has got in and scored.

“The frustrating thing was that Dorus had nothing to do all day, while the other lad had loads of saves to make during the game.

“That’s the way its gone the last two games – it’s a strange game as people know.

“We’ve just got to dust ourselves down and go again. It will be a good game next week between two good teams.”
