Swansea City are to continue transfer talks over the next two days or so in the hope that they can resolve differences in the valuation placed on two players Russell Martin is very keen to see join his squad. We have been told that the details of these two players are being withheld as it is crucial to a successful conclusion.

Speculation will no doubt continue as to who these two players are, but the last few stages of any transfer process relies upon a degree of confidentiality which we respect. When we asked about the timeframe of these two signings we were told “ Both are quite close, not too far away, but it’s the finer detail that will always take days instead of hours” We were hoping for a bit more on this today, but as we reported yesterday these two days of negotiation are crucial.

It’s not a million miles away from the confidentiality of the exclusive report we made on the exciting attacking midfielder coming in last week on Tuesday. There has to be a degree of trust between us and those who support the website. Within thirty six hours of that report Hannes Wolf was revealed by the club as a loan signing until the end of the season.

We are always willing to give as much as we can to keep swans fans updated, the crucial thing here is having the ability to understand the difference between inquiries, interest and links. Not everyone has that. We believe this is the latter as talks are underway.
