Glasner yesterday talking about Olise and Eze: “We showed them we have ambition, how we want to play, what pathway we want to go and which journey we want to ride together. “They can all play a crucial part in it, show their qualities and strengths. “They can express themselves and it fits together. This is what we can do. If something else happens, it’s part of football.” https://www.standard.co.uk/sport/football/crystal-palace-michael-olise-eberechi- |

Her point about 14 US owners is really interesting. If they voted for round of games in the States, there's nothing which could stop it. |

Their FFP will become problematic and they need some surgery in the squad. I can't see them being a challenge next season and feel they're likely to be long haul in the Championship now*. *Obviously they'll walk the title next year now. |

And for people still wondering what this kind of stuff means, a quick glance at the Fest Hub story and the diversity of the kids here who might not become fans but will have a positive memory of QPR and tell others about it. |

Hard agree - there needs to be a club shop in Westfield to catch passing trade. Westfield is one of the few sites where there is still footfall. |

And your abstract is another person's lived experience. I'll stop replying now; you're not going to change your mind and neither am I so there's no point boring people who disagree with either of us. |

Your sacred cow is my role model for women and girls and creating support and interest in QPR from diverse communities. Sorry if that offends you. |

She is a great coach with a UEFA A licence, the highest practical coaching award available. Her MBE was for her work raising awareness of football and diversity. The role she has taken at Spurs is International Development Coach. Spurs have a global player development programme with some 45k players and coaches involved with their pathways. They have a global reach; this is why they attract players from all over the world to their teams. As we want the U8s upwards at QPR to develop a consistent way of playing, Spurs have that through player development programmes, player ID festivals and academies. It's a bit more than a vague role. You can nominate anyone you think deserves an MBE and the awarding panel assumed she deserved it. If there are great coaches without MBEs, feel free to nominate them yourself. https://www.nominate-uk-honour.service.gov.uk/ Alternatively, you might want to recommend someone, or apply yourself, for the Head of Methodology at QPR. How the strategy, relationships, structure, processes, skills, systems, behaviours, attitudes and culture of an organisation need to be aligned for maximum performance. What happens when they're not and what to do about it. |

I was at an event recently and a speaker was late. I was asked to do a 20 minute fill on the topic of the event - organisational performance - unscripted and no props. What could you do a tight 20 minutes on if asked? |
