Oh Heisy, you are good on zionism, but allow yourself to get mugged by the establishment over the comical theory of evolution and the never ending supply of mad, lone gunmen to take out loud mouths doing "wrongspeak".

Tonda confirmed as Head Coach.
at 10:07 6 Dec 2025

I have a good feeling about Tonda despite his tender years. Will Still felt like an imposter, Eckert doesn't.. Tonda can get a tune out of a demoralised team, seems calm and considered.

Best of luck to the young man. We just might have a nugget.

Robin Smith RIP
at 09:56 6 Dec 2025

Oh yes the 27 club- Brian Jones, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Jim Morrison, Kurt Cobain, Amy Winehouse etc, etc

But that is something different to an uptick in people in their 50s and 60s dying prematurely or young athletes dropping dead.

RIP Robin Smith - an awesome batsman.

Because there are too many "died suddenly" cases these last 5 years.

Who should be our regular first team keeper ?
at 09:27 2 Dec 2025

Most people can't see past the disappointment of the last game, so your well researched statistics which are undeniable will be wasted on them and based on emotion Macca will win the poll.

What was Bazunu doing for their winning goal ?
at 18:57 30 Nov 2025

This really seems to be which keeper is the least worst.

I want it to be Baz, because he is young and can get better, the 4 previous winning games and our 25 game unbeaten promotion season suggested it was.

But Macca back in goal surely got us over the line that promotion season when Gav got injured and most were happy to see him reinstated this season.

Because they are okay and not terrible we seem to be stuck with them. Maybe give them a half each, Bazunu first half because his distribution is decent and McCarthy second half as he is a more commanding presence!

Fare play to Nathan Jones.

I agree, conducted himself well..

He's an excitable chap, very wholehearted and was naïve and out of his depth in the prem, but never understood the level of hate aimed at him by some of our fans

Wish him all the best, the game needs characters.

Well, yes Bournemouth's rise has certainly exacerbated our recent woes, especially as we helped to save them from liquidation and now they have the audacity to be so much better than us.....

If young fans are that fickle, Bournemuff are welcome to them.

My lifetime love affair with Saints is not conditional on winning or who the current owners or manager are.

Ralph/Tonda dream ticket
at 19:50 9 Nov 2025

I know the 9-0s were humiliating, but apart from acute embarrassment they didn't cost us and were nothing compared to last season's horror show.

I think experienced head/young gun could work nicely.

Ralph/Tonda dream ticket
at 19:20 9 Nov 2025

Tonda seems to have something about him, certainly the likability factor and our misfiring "stars" stepped up for him. The shambolic chaos of the Still reign seemed to disappear immediately.

Maybe he seems good because the bar was set so low by the previous incumbent with his tired spaced out interviews and baffling team selections and substitutions. Also the opposition were not the best, but Tonda has some life and passion and he beat what was before him in an orderly fashion..

Too risky to appoint someone so inexperienced - not sure even SR would risk lightening striking twice, but could he form a dream team with Ralph, recreating the Ralph/Rohl partnership that worked well before?

If you love the club, you love the club, it's not conditional on who the manager is, or even the owners, they all come and go, but the club is permanent (hopefully!)

Even if that was true, it's irrelevant. The chumminess love in with Martin didn't help a jot with our disaster of a season last year.

Just a few words about the most ridiculous managerial appointment in the history of SFC.

Firstly grateful to SR for putting the poor boy out of his misery, although should have been done a week earlier after the Ewood Park debacle, where his actions showed he had had enough.

Secondly, happy retirement WS from football. You deserve a break from the abuse and the pressure of real football , you'll be happy again back behind your play station with your sugary drinks and lollypops.

Thirdly, to SR, can we have a man as a manager this time please? Some one with experience, someone who's played the game, someone with passion and energy, someone who knows what his best team is, someone who won't take crap from the big time Charlie players?

Someone like Ralph?
