Peretz is the best keeper we’ve had for years. Yep Mcarthy or Bazunu in goal we definitely lose that game no question.

Yes I had a few beers are arriving in London at 10.15 but I don’t expect to be searched 3 times before entering the ground ffs . Totally over the top.

For me every player played well yesterday apart from one or two. Standout performances for me were Peretz who was simply brilliant Azaz , Matsuki , Bree ,JWP and Dobbin. Dobbin had a superb effort second half which hit the post if that had gone in we would all be singing his praises. The through ball from Azaz and Dobbin’s touch and turn was sublime.

The only slight downside for me was Scienza. His form has dropped off a bit not sure what’s going on there. We need Leo to up his game and chip in with goals now and again. A very talented player when he’s on form.

Anybody else miss the first goal ffs ? This was due to the ridiculous amount of security checks outside the stadium.

Our group got to the ground really early because I stupidly lost my ticket and had to pick up a replacement ticket . SFC kindly sent a duplicate over which I had to pick up from the saints kiosk outside San Siro.

This turned out to be a blessing in disguise as not only did we have time for a tour of the San Siro including changing rooms and dug outs plus getting on the pitch ,we also got interviewed outside the ground by Tony Husband from South Today and it was shown on Tv much to my young sons delight. Superb few days away.

He does go on a run and have good spells now and again then makes a few howlers later down the line but fair play to him, keep it up Jack . You can tell he’s passionate about saints though .

Re 2. Yes I was there Channon scoring near the end virtually relegating them , I was 15 and yes I could see them coming round we didn’t hang about . One other thing you said we haven’t beaten them in the league there for 50 years that’s only because they’ve been so shit and been well below us we’ve hardly played them.

Yes they were poor hardly heard them from Itchen North. I thought our support was brilliant yesterday . The Northam was loud and I could see lots going on in the chapel from our lot although you can’t always hear them but we all know how Shyte the acoustics are.

As for the fence rattling as I walked past I could see just fans baiting each other through the fencing until police on horseback arrived and cleared the saints fans away. I did hear one copper got injured though.
