The torrential downpour we've had in the last half hour would've been enough to put tomorrow's match in doubt on its own, with the forecast for more rain right through tonight and tomorrow Don't think it'll be in any doubt whatsoever now |

As 442 says, probably the same stand but with limited seating, so anyone who needs to sit will probably need to get into the ground earlier than if it were ticketed Slightly surprised there's not been more info on the OS about the arrangements, so that fans (especially those with any specific needs) aren't inconvenienced |

Can anyone confirm if it's cash on the gate? Can't see snything about it on the OS Thanks |

A turn of phrase, which elicited a humorous response from TVOS It's a football messageboard not a meeting of the Women's Institute [Post edited 18 Feb 19:55]

Good point about forwards losing the ball upfield, i just remember still thinking "he should've done a lot better there" as their goal went in less than a minute later If he can continue playing on the front foot like we know he can it'll make a huge difference. Whatever it takes for the management team to flip his switch, there's no time like the run in to do it |

I'm not having a go at anyone, simply pointing out the indifferent start that Rodney made (again) which ultimately led to their goal, and then his lack of composure on several different occasions when the game was there to be won I thought Gordon vied with EEL for MOTM and would be loathe to criticise rare errors, since they're erm... rare |

I'd agree with that, now that a (mainly) winning formula has emerged but for a long time it looked like hidebound adherence to a coaching manual, and the capitulations at the end of last season also suggested a lack of backbone Strengthening his coaching team has been transformative, and results speak for themselves As already said, i wasn't overly disappointed with the draw last night. It's important the crowd remain patient too. The strengths and flaws that individual players have are part and parcel of the game; my only concern - this season - is getting over the finishing line and then strengthening again. There's no joy like the joy of being really good |

As per my reply to tr, his error in possession led to their goalscoring move. I guess if people can't follow a sequence of play beyond the end product, they'll make errors in assessment |

For goodness sake, watch the game more closely Rodney received the ball on the edge of their box and got easily dispossessed. The resulting move led to their goal, with Rodney scratching his arse 50 yards away... |

You know as well as i do there's no such thing as a joyless promotion I don't regard bluster as joyful, and that's what Rodney offers. Getting excited because he decided he'd pull his finger out after half an hour isn't joyful either, more like clutching at straws, in pretty much the same way he clutches at chances |

I'm glad you found it joyful. I prefer effective and didn't leave the ground feeling particularly joyful. Depends on priorities, and ours is winning back a place in the EFL. Hendo should've been brought on much earlier, he's proper joyful to watch and knows where the back of the net is [Post edited 18 Feb 10:39]

Could be wrong, but think it's Mani D's first full game since his return from injury. Just getting up to speed then, and starts on Saturday. The idea of players being unable to play twice a week when they've had a break shouldn't be a consideration. I'd be inclined to give Francis a start to see if we can convert more of our chances As i posted yesterday morning, a draw isn't the end of the world since it takes us top again but the management team have to find a forward combo that can convert more of the many chances we create. Mani D gets his share. The performance was fine last night. Gilmour is a concern, but i like the way Pettit anchors the midfield [Post edited 18 Feb 9:17]

Credit to you for being honest about what you saw, and that's not you being negative (or me, for that matter) but looking at the reality of spurned chances, which are costing us Sure, Mani spurned the most glaring chance of all, but he has so much credit in the bank |

Rodney started playing after half an hour, his weakness when in a good position on the edge of the box directly led to their goal Second half, he wasted two, probably three good chances to hit the back of the net, plus his poorly executed pass to Pritchard (when the liner wrongly ruled it's crossed the byline} cost us another chance So no, he hasn't been "really good", when it actually mattered [Post edited 17 Feb 22:48]

Best version of Rodney turned up at 30 mins Don't twist what we could all see for the first half hour [Post edited 17 Feb 20:42]

Wasn't at the forum and haven't watched the video (yet) but i fail to see how the measures being taken will do anything to stop someone as bone-headed and determined to cause trouble from doing so, whilst pushing problems onto the vast majority of those attending As i said: counter-productive |
