There is always a team in the Champ who surprises early on. I doubt they will stay in the top three. Big boys start to gain momentum as the season progresses, so they can probably expect PO at best. Not to take anything away from our boys today...they have been deadly in front of goal. Sounds like good game management to see it through this half too.

Whatever JS said to the players after last week...has certainly been taken on board by the players. Absolutely mental score. Hope Kone can kick on now...we need him. It does this old farts heart good to see us starting to turn LR into a place teams won't fancy coming to.

Agree. It's just fanciful to think we can really keep up this good start to the season till May. Top ten is a good season... if we manage that. Football is so skewed by money.

We still have some real weaklings in this squad. I'm not sure how you can mount a serious challenge with our set up. And we are only a quarter of the way through the season. Until we get at least one recognised striker...we are going to be very frustrated at times.

Sounds like a comfortable win for Brum. Thought it would be tough today...but slightly concerned we have not really competed. That is something we have been doing so far this season. Quality opposition will always look us look worse than we are. We are neither good or bad...just middling really. I have no problem with that.

Absolutely. Speaks spades about the character of the players. It is encouraging that we have so many attempts at goal...but concerning how many actually end up in the net. Ten on ten...we would have won that.
