Gaffer on tonight's defeat
at 17:56 12 Mar 2026

The “culture of honesty” is a great point.

We signed a player in January, never been seen, Dave Mc says he’s got a bruised shin. Why can’t the club tell us that? What sort of coms strategy is it to just let him miss 8 weeks of action and never say why, turning it into an issue, creating a vacuum, allowing conspiracies to take hold.

Since Nourry got here he has taken step after step after step to control and reduce how much info the fan base gets. Interview access reduced, pulled altogether, or editorial control ceded. Transfer fees - undisclosed. Contracts - secret. Injuries - GDPR mate. Pre season - behind closed doors. Fans forum - stick it out before the season starts and that’ll do for the year. Speaks to Dave Mc on the condition he doesn’t ask about why we’ve just sacked the manager. Invites questions for an online q and a with the coaching staff - never happens. Does an online q and a of his own - packs it with nonsense puff questions. Injury updates on the official site - deleted.

It’s not a club with any interest in engaging and involving its supporters in any way at the moment. I’m amazed they still produce a fixture list.

Ha ha, I actually unpinned it a while back and people had the problem arise again so it's gotta stay unfortunately.

And yet still that huge fcking 30 yard square space on the edge of our own box where their 14 stood by himself dictating the play all night.

That first half was not befitting a professional football club.
I was genuinely speechless watching it.

The "proven track record" thing was in trouble the moment they let a 27 year old go on the official website and say he'd "worked in football for 11 years".

We talked, literally for years, about "The Eze Money" and what we'll do when he gets sold, how much we'll get, what we'd spend it on.

And then it came, and this is what we did with it.

QPR and Birmingham desperate to stop respective rots - Preview
at 13:26 11 Mar 2026

Well you wouldn’t have known you’d have 38 points and be 3 off the play offs in the summer. You may, in that circumstance, have subsequently changed your mind and stuck with.

As it turns out we did have 38 points and were 3 points from the play offs aaaaaaaand they shuffled the goalkeepers anyway.

WLS - Edwards might be moved into QPR’s midfield
at 12:59 11 Mar 2026

Tbf mate a lot of people on here have been annoyed and worried about this for a long time and saying as much. This time last year I said “you really want to give the ppl who built this team another swing at it in the summer?” Whether Field, Varane, Madsen, Morgan or whoever as your favourite topic, I think everyone on here is in agreement that even with the recruitment improvements last summer (more pace, more athleticism, more EFL experience, better strikers) they took a squad with issues at full back, midfield and goalkeeper into the window and emerged with the same. And all they’ve done since is add a striker the same as the one we’ve already got and another left sided centre back.

Your post doesn’t really match the poll you’ve got underneath it.

You’re right, I agree with most of that (didn’t mind Hayden as good, experienced cover) but not the Field thing. He should have been/should be playing.

The Poku debate
at 12:18 11 Mar 2026

Yeh, played about 200 games by the time he was 22, I liked the signing for that reason.
I don’t know, I’ve given the club a kicking recently but I still think that was worth a go.
Treatment, recovery and management of the situation since though, big questions.

Well, they're not going to tell you. But it's the middle of March, it's a very bad hamstring injury, and he's not training.
