It did seem to be the wrong pairing as Freya Tarbit was the quickest woman on the course and her and Weston would have walked it. Really felt for Tarbit as being the fastest and missed out on a medal by 0.01 secs
As you say great TV and the winning pair with so much more personality than those two that won the snowboard cross. |

Well I agree Mart, it seems a long way off - Our fitness is woeful and players picking up knocks so easily if so frustrating.
But I refuse to throw the towel in, we have had some good results this season and many highs. We are now going through a low and the team need us as fans behind them. Its easy to say now, because people listening to reason is unlikely to happen after a shocking performance. But every team has them and we will have more I'm sure. But this is a young side and we need to keep the faith.
I still say that if we on August 1st 2025 we had said we would be 4 points off the play offs and 13th come February, then most fans here would have accepted that. Trouble is we have had some good performances and that has raised our expectations. Today was a well overdue slap round the face and welcome back to reality. So we start again.
Convincing anyone tonight wont happen I know that, but as the dust settles, people will see today for what it was. |

We'll beat Italy and Scotland, I am confident of that. Italy really are not that good even though one of their pace bowlers is a Kent player for many years (and still is) |
