He really should learn to control himself. How many yellow cards has he accumulated this season so far. It gives the wrong impression to the players. |

All this talk of minnows beating whales, have we all forgotten U's victory against mighty Leeds in 71.
Leeds did NOT turn up with half their youth team and fielded the following
Leeds United: Sprake; Reaney, Cooper; Bates, Charlton, Hunter; Lorimer, Clarke, Jones, Giles, Madeley. Unused Sub: Belfitt.
Most had international experience and Leeds were the TOP club when they visited Layer Road.
Happy to say I was present on the day, and unlike now we walked back into the town and chatted to lots of Leeds fans and exchanged scarfs. No fighting or abuse in those days. |
