I know its a bit of fun for SKY, but have a look at this
Charlie Austin was a great striker and it looks like Chris Ramsey wasn't a bad coach either, training should be fun as well!
I'd have loved to see Les on the field imparting knowledge into the likes of a Sinclair Armstrong, maybe this did go on, you'd like to think that one of the best #9's in the game had something to say to players coming through
If Field leaves it'll be undisclosed, so we are all basically guessing. Most likely ~£500k which isn't really worth it, as could we replace him for that money?
The only way it makes sense is if he wants to leave and is on a high wage that we want to shift.
The club does need to sell to feed the conveyor belt though and we don't have many fit surplus to requirements players
He'll probably get a rollocking from SKY for that. I'm 100% sure they are mandated to talk up a game even if its a steaming pile...
Those co-comms get a decent wedge, a lot more than I thought.
On the official stream you know when its really bad as Sints just goes quiet. He never really criticises, but he might go quiet.
Usually when one of our wingers gets into a great position and either delivers it to the first man, or row Z behind the goal. I reckon as a former winger of some quality this is his biggest bugbear.
I hope it doesn't force us into buying RND if this three game week isn't solvable. We just don't have the depth in that position to carry passengers atm.
I guess the question is, if Field wants to go, then depending on how long is left on his new contract this might be the only time the club gets something.
So, it might be sell him now, or he leaves for free next year, we just don't know anymore!
I think Varane needs to go anyway, as there seem to be lots of stories about him leaving, which is probably not great for team spirit. Although I guess the club like it, as it lets everyone know we have an asset to sell?
Maybe this is how those stories get into the public domain, what do i know?
Not sure I'd ever describe Chair as being able to pass quickly! He has got great vision, but more often than not he would slow the game down. It was only since Burrell arrived that we were able to go long over the top with someone to run those channels
One of Dave Clements sons was training to be a PE teacher, and our teacher bought him in for some work experience. Pre-Internet, so I'm not sure our teacher understood Dave's story that well, but he knew I was a big QPR fan, so wanted me to talk to his son all about Dave's career.
I must have been about 13, I'm not even sure I could talk to his son about it now.
You could forgive losing the ball if they rushed back t o fix it, like Smyth did. Or immediately wanting the ball again to try a pass again, like Morgan did.
Maybe Dembele needs a special type of manager, like a Warnock to tell him how good he is?
Or maybe he's got that nice contract, and is going to give us 75% every game, like SWP did
It wasn't a great day for any of the Forwards was it?
This is a great opportunity for Rayan, lets see if he can grab this. If not, maybe let his dad move him onto Nice, or whoever it is that can get him to his next level, while his stock his high.
I thought he looked unfit at Stoke, which is mental when you look at his age and how many games he's played this year.
Can sometimes veer into SWP territory. I'd hate to be the fullback on his side, or the #9 making runs to get on the end of his "crosses"
For the West Ham game he only delivered the one decent ball, which Kone converted, but other forwards might have stopped making the runs earlier after the ball was kicked into touch again.
If we look at all the squads though, there are no injuries in the ladies team, the tigers or the U8's So, in actual fact our injuries are well below average.
