Similar eating habits to me.
I joined Noom which isn't really a diet just makes you understand what you are eating.
I now eat healthily, exercise 3 -4 times a week especially when I wont a Chinese or am planning a day out.
Lost 3 stone & feel much better in myself. |

Similar to Piroe very good championship player but probably not good enough for the PL.
I like him a lot but if West Ham are pinning their hopes on him to avoid relegation they may well be playing us next season. |

As someone who works closely with the NHS from within the private sector, I fully agree that it is not underfunded. However, anyone with management experience who has spent time in hospitals will also observe significant inefficiencies.
While there are many hardworking and dedicated nurses, the level of waste present would not be tolerated in the private sector. In my view, the NHS should not be managed by successive governments that lack the practical expertise required to run such a complex organisation effectively. |

Unless he was under the influence of drugs or alcohol, it is difficult to understand the motivation behind his actions. As a former Marine with a young family, the consequences are particularly stark, as he will now be absent from his children’s lives as they grow up. |

If they want to killing each other in the Middle East let them carry on.
I’m not aware of any mass murders on these shores which a Jewish person has carried out.
If you asked the majority of people in this country would they rather a Jew or a Muslim next door to them I’m pretty confident what the answer would be.
I’d imagine those who are getting killed in Palestine are people who raped & murdered children or are basically so thick they continue to break the rules set out during the ceasefire.
As I said my concern is for my kids & grandkids. |
