Hope you've got two tin hats then because I agree. Respectful to Sam which in my opinion is no more than he deserves. I hope he comes back in the summer and remains with us. I am sure we will have those 'ITK' tell us otherwise though |

Good effort by the bowlers to defend that low England total. Curran got us back into it with Bethell doing well with the wickets On a side note, a great England U19 semi final v Australia today. Went right to the wire but England are in the final on Friday. Thomas Rew, (younger brother of James) scored 110. Definitely one for the future and already looking a bigger prospect than his brother. Australia got hammered in record T20 defeat by Pakistan too. Shame that Bangladesh and Pakistan have been impacted by politics because of the stupid ICC |

After the superb win yesterday, this went down the list but another superb win today by England although there was some pretty wayward bowling with Curran and Overton going at 15's. But if Brook continues this batting form, and Butler and Banton did well today, then well within a shout of the T20 World Cup |

Picking up on that Streatham, I said in a another post, Kone is criticised for being slow, but he was on the end of the cross and it was a fast break, and as you say sublime one touch football |

I think he has two parts to his game Finishing: Which was evident at Wycombe Wanderers and glimpses with us Battling/Creating: Which is is evident more so here with us, hence his low goal tally. If he learns (and remember he is only 23) to combine the 2, we would have a cracking striker but he is learning still. I watched him a lot yesterday, and he is indeed slow, but he always seems to get to where he needs to be - As seen with his goal yesterday because that was a fast break and he was still in pole position to score. So, agreed, the return from what we expected is low, but still think longer term we will be a force with him him and a fit again Burrell. I do think that when you sign a striker who has scored a hatful of goals the season before, one would rightly expect that to translate to the following season. Just think this is a transitional season. Remember LB, glass half full not half empty |

On point 1) Kone said in the post match interview that the cross was 'perfect' for him, his words, not mine |

Without your catastrophic match thread in August, we may never have turned our season around... You'll always have that badge of creating the worst ever match thread |

I concur... Knighthood for Spaceman_P In fact, I am sure at one point I heard the fans at the ground chanting Spaceman's Blue and White Army But I am hard of hearing according to Mrs Superhoops |
