Sneak preview of Saturday's programme Wednesday, 27th Feb 2008 19:54
Rochdale AFC’s matchday programme – The Voice of Spotland – is back for
Saturday’s game against Chesterfield, and as always, we bring you a sneak preview of what to expect.
The bumper 60-page issue contains everything you’ve come to expect of the
Dale programme.
- There are the serious and not-so-serious articles, as well as a fine
selection of action pictures from the
Chester and
Peterborough games taken by photographers Carl
Flaherty and Daniel Youngs.
- Keith Hill looks back at last weekend’s game with Wycombe, while there
is an exclusive interview with striker Chris Dagnall who reveals when he may
be back in action.
- Graham Smith, Dale’s current record appearance holder, appears as the
Centenary Legend, while we find out who recently bought a Led Zeppelin CD.
- Scrutator looks at something that irked him at the Wycombe match, while
Travellers Tales returns with a review of the game at
Lincoln.
- We have a Dale-related quiz to test the grey matter and a look back 20
years to when a really famous, old club visited Spotland.
- Visitors Chesterfield get five pages of coverage, while the ‘100 Years
of Rochdale AFC’ article returns, with an in-depth look at the 1994/95 and
1995/96 seasons.
All this and much, much more will be in Saturday’s The Voice of Spotland, on
sale in the Club Shop and around the ground, still priced at £2.50.
