This was obviously his standout song but what a song it is. Powerful lyrics, and delivered with a bit of measured class. Like he really wants you to hear and understand the words he's expressing. Something that's arguably lacking in a lot of modern hip hop.
Years after this song was released nothing seems to have changed.Young men are still killing each other all over the world for little or no reason. When will it all stop? RIP Coolio.
Was a banger and great sound track to Dangerous Minds but for me, it was watching Keenan and Kel hungover on Saturday mornings in my late teens, where Coolio sang the theme tune. RiP.
