What are West Ham doing ? on 10:51 - Feb 7 with 1169 views | SaintNick | Its bullying and they are being helped by their friends in the press, a lot of the main London football writers are West Ham fans Look at this from the BBC web site "Flores went to ground clutching his face but West Ham felt he had overacted. Replays also suggested that the contact was unintentional." So the BBC writer has already judged it before the FA reconsider. It will be interesting to see what they do, I see it as only letting justice run its course so that they are seen as giving West ham a fair hearing, problem is that if the FA back down now they leave themselves open to a lot of criticism

What are West Ham doing ? on 10:57 - Feb 7 with 1156 views | redblooded | There is a move to replace pleb refs, with barristers and for there to be a touch-line high court judge, and a jury of 12 ruffians picked out of the crowd. Each decision before being awarded will be discussed and abated and counter-argued. The judge will then give a written summing up before handing the matter to the jury to retire and consider their verdict. There will of course be the ability to appeal any decision, and if necessary if still un-happy to seek a judgement from the twelve Judges Sat on the European court of human rights. All this of course will not be binding but could lead to substantial personal damages. It is hoped that at least one game a season will be played, and could even be finished, barring any appeals that is!

What are West Ham doing ? on 12:40 - Feb 7 with 1070 views | Pecky3 | I totally agree. Against Saints last season I noticed Carroll always leads with his arms and elbows - will be disgraceful if he gets away with yet another assault! The guy is a cry baby as when he is touched he moans incessantly to the ref. He is a waste of space and needs to be put in his place.

What are West Ham doing ? on 14:55 - Feb 7 with 900 views | Matt_Finish | Does this mean then that we can go to court and get the 0-0 draw with WHU over-turned to be a 1-0 home win to us and get that cheating scouse Nolan retrospectively sent off and banned for three games for deliberately handling in the area? The whole concept of what the filthy porn king is proposing is ridiculous and could have far reaching consequences ironically for teams like WHU who will suffer when rich clubs can go through court to get decisions over-turned. If WHU season hinges on whether a donkey like Carroll is available then they've got much bigger problems to worry about.
What are West Ham doing ? on 17:49 - Feb 7 with 877 views | Number_58 | I think you'll find he was simply 'competitive' when he played for us, and became dirty as soon as he left.
What are West Ham doing ? on 19:17 - Feb 7 with 831 views | RednWight | Apparently the annual donkey derby at Blackpool is not for a month or so yet so Carroll and his rider ( Nolan) will be able to compete
