I've seen us play Brighton (away) at 3 different grounds , did someone get all 4 , or is there another team we've played who have been so nomadic ?

I can't remember us playing them at Priestfield, although we may have done.

Bristol Rovers have played at three grounds in my lifetime. Ditto Coventry. Others?

Icon? It's all Rio Ferdinand's fault.

Cardiff if you count Wembley as one

Coventry have had three now with their move to Northampton and if you include all the fake and real Wilbledon grounds then it must add up!?

In the Championship I've seen us play eight different teams at two or more grounds. Other Divisions are even more popular.

Huddersfield, Bournemouth, Cardiff, Wigan, Brighton, Derby, Bolton, Middlesbrough, with Rotherham to come.

I don't think we played Charlton while they were exiles. I didn't go if we did.

Ive seen us play Wimbledon /Mk Dons at 3 grounds.

Wiz, I don't remember us playing the Addicks anywhere else either.

I've seen us play Bournemouth at Dean Court and at Dorchester. Didn't go the Villa Park game, I was too young, although the (quite valuable) single sheet match programme somehow found its way into my collection.

I was thinking Dorchester rather than neutral grounds.

I've had to get out the League tables to see who else.

Southampton
Man City
Arsenal
Swansea
Stoke
Hull
Leicester
Sunderland

Walsall
Doncaster
Coventry
Scunthorpe

Shrewsbury
Newport County
Northampton

Did I put Millwall in my first list?

We need to draw Morecambe, Oxford, Chesterfield or Colchester to get more options from teams who have moved but not played us there.

Good stuff Wiz , this thread has a touch of the old school about it (which was my intention) and if anyone was going to reply I expected it to be you and Robbie . I have had a temporary personality transplant which means I will be appearing at Fulham & Leeds so maybe that will bring about a change in fortunes although frankly I doubt it .

Wiz, you may not have mentioned MIllwall.

I went there for a night match around about 1980 on my own (I'd recently gone to Uni). Knowing no better, I went into the White Hart on the main drag for a pint.

It was one of those stereotypical moments where the piano player (yes, really) stops playing and everyone else goes a bit quiet while they have a look at the newbie.

I asked the barman for a pint of bitter ; when he brought it back he said to me "just having the one".

I said. "yes, probably", to which he replied, "I was advising, not asking".

I've never been in since.

I'd love to know why BOYBILLY has seen fit to negatively rate our last contributions Wiz.

Seems a bit obsessive to me.

I know we didn't play them but spare a thought for Bradford City. After the fire they had to play at Leeds Huddersfield and Odsal.
