The strongest team Man United have put out this season. All of their star players are back. The combination of Shaw and Di Maria on their left flank is certainly going to keep Clyne busy. We'll do very well to hold them, especially as van Persie, a player who can look disinterested against some other teams, always likes playing against us. Their one weakness is Jones and Smalling at the centre of their defence. We need to attack through the middle and run at those two. Massive loss Toby is. He's been our player of the season so far I reckon.
I wish we'd stop playing it back to Forster so much. It gives me a heart attack each time! I can take losing (badly) if I have to - but not to a really stupid defensive error.
Our best bet for a goal is a set piece. If we can get JWP to deliver a bit of quality on a corner or free kick, we might - just might - score. I'd be over the moon if it ends 0-0 or 1-1 though. | |

I think the star of our defence for the last 2 seasons has easily been Fonte. He does 70% of the central defensive work so it doesn't matter very much who plays alongside him - just as long as it's not someone totally useless like Hooiveld. Fonte even made Lovren look world class. So, I'm sure he'll be able to do the same with Gardos. | |
