We do pay rent, but it's a really favourable deal. It's one of the reasons I don't see why we need to buy the stadium.

From my limited understanding I think the East stand was going to be the most expensive, due to the size of the stand but also they wanted to add new corporate facilities as well. I guess adding all those boxes and the other plans for food outlets and bars etc would make that one the most costly. | |
