Ron just loves Pelle. I like the guy and think he does a decent job but I have no idea why he merits walking back into the team after his injury. He was rusty last week but at least he hasn't dropped long which would be unfair.
However for a team that doesnt score goals I'd still rather see Mane or Austin.

So... Would have prepared Austin to Pelle too, as Pelle was very, very poor last week. With 4 changes being made it seems a bit odd, that the worst player keeps his place, when there are great other Options as Austin and Mane.
I'm not sure I get the tactics. It for sure will be a 5-3-2, but does this mean JWP will play as right wing back as Soares is out?

There is some confusion there. He appears to have been left out of the starting lineup on the official team sheet. Perhaps it's an error. Otherwise, we are starting with 2 left backs and no right back, and at St Mary's, Swansea were most dangerous attacking down their left flank. [Post edited 13 Feb 2016 19:05]

It looks like, in the absence of Cedric, van Dijk is being forced to play as an emergency right back with Steven Davis coming back occasionally.

We looked very disjointed in that first half. Not sure why Steven Davis is playing RB? I always thought Cedric was very offensive-minded and can put a good cross in as well? Think Koeman has got it wrong today. I'd much rather have seen Austin or even Mané up front in place of Pelle. We tend to hit the ball long to Pelle too often when he's playing.
Romeu needs to watch his step after his booking. We can't afford him to get a ban as well as Victor.
