Pompey New Crest Design on 19:47 - Nov 8 with 2247 views | Chesham_Saint | Thanks Nick, I enjoyed completing the survey. Surely they're missing a trick here though? In the 80s I seem to remember they had a badge with a bit of old rope surrounding a football with a dagger and an anchor through it (Oh yes they did!). Surely they could have saved on the 50 quid they've paid for this latest marketing exercise (never mind repaying the charities they ripped off of course) and just stripped that back to the obvious.... ...an anchor entwined with a 'W' with a lower case 'pfc' in a copper plate style scroll (to reflect their obsession with the past) underneath it?

Pompey New Crest Design on 00:20 - Nov 9 with 2116 views | DockersRottingCorpse | Number 6 it is then. However I've commented that the colour scheme is all wrong. Needs to be red and white. Get voting....

Pompey New Crest Design on 06:26 - Nov 9 with 2068 views | dune | I voted for number 1. Let's get this viral on Saints boards and stitch them up.

Pompey New Crest Design on 06:28 - Nov 9 with 2069 views | iank1978 | Done, no 6, because its just hateful
Pompey New Crest Design on 06:41 - Nov 9 with 2065 views | WinchesterExile | No 6 is the one. Truly awful.
Pompey New Crest Design on 09:29 - Nov 9 with 1994 views | TheKraken | I think they've already stitched themselves up, all 6 of them are horrendous.
Pompey New Crest Design on 10:11 - Nov 9 with 1962 views | franniesTache | Genuinely think that number six is a honeytrap for Saints fans, no way something that bad can seriously be suggested
Pompey New Crest Design on 10:26 - Nov 9 with 1953 views | BaselSaint | They wouldnt accept my design

Pompey New Crest Design on 11:42 - Nov 9 with 1928 views | franniesTache | Worked in the design industry for the best part of 15 years and if a grad came to me with those at interview stage they'd not even get a first interview. Absolutely laughable
Pompey New Crest Design on 11:56 - Nov 9 with 1914 views | Oc7saint | I have just voted for number 6 as it is dreadful. But I have commented there stating the total opposite. It looks like one of us designed it!?

Pompey New Crest Design on 16:08 - Nov 9 with 1767 views | Soton | Apart from the sixth one they all look smiley faces, it’s like something Disney has designed
Pompey New Crest Design on 17:36 - Nov 9 with 1724 views | 130yrs_and_one_Cup | Whereas the Salfhampton fc crest seems to have been designed off the cuff by a 6 year old with some old crayons. "Shall I put a scarf in daddy, and a football, and a big tree, and some rivers, and that rose thing you showed me" "Yes son, I bet the club chairmen will love your design when we send it in" "Honey, I managed to get 2 hours peace from our lad while he was drawing a really ropey design for the new saints fc crest competition"

Pompey New Crest Design on 17:57 - Nov 9 with 1695 views | FrankXerox | You call your bird 'honey' do you? That's shameful, you americanised Rick Moranis lookalike.

Pompey New Crest Design on 18:17 - Nov 9 with 1678 views | FrankXerox | No, that is what YOU call your bird and now everyone knows. Ha ha, what a drip of a man you are. "Hey honey I'm home!" You snivelling little doormat.

Pompey New Crest Design on 18:37 - Nov 9 with 1655 views | TheMoog | Rolland Parris was a graphic designer and ardent Saints fan. He died less than a year ago aged 86. At least the design came from the community and not cobbled together by some mob on a fee offering a bunch of shite for the Few to pick from. [Post edited 9 Nov 2017 21:06]

Pompey New Crest Design on 19:52 - Nov 9 with 1607 views | TheKraken | I quite like our badge. It has its flaws and does look a bit comic book but I like what it stands for and that any football fan around the country would be able to instantly say which club it represents. Not that it counts for anything at all, but if you google reviews on Premier League badges ours often comes out near the top, so it's not exactly thought badly of outside of Hampshire. I've seen various Saints fans say down the years that we should ditch it, and use the city crest. I'm not a fan of that. I like that ours uses bits from the city crest but also makes it entirely unique to the football club with other additions. That a Saints fan designed it nearly 50 years ago is also a nice touch.
Pompey New Crest Design on 00:30 - Nov 10 with 1531 views | Chesham_Saint | If anyone thinks our badge is shit I merely refer them to Bournemouth's. Now that really is a joke. Its also a tad racist too...
