Barnsley away trains 12:16 - Nov 26 with 2005 views

Want to go to Barnsley but can't find any sensibly-priced trains. Also slightly concerned at the engineering works in that part of the world that weekend.

Has anyone found any reasonable train deals?

I am still Steve but no longer in Dagenham.

Have you tried railsplit?
They split the ticket in seperate parts for the cheapest,but not always the quickest tickets.

Those prices are just daft - I can fly from Heathrow to Ireland cheaper that that. There is a slight bargani on the 10:02 - first class is only £2.00 more expensive.

£41 return on railsplit on the 10.30 from kings cross.Back on the 17.11 into London.What is the cheapest price you’ve found?

I haven't looked properly Stow; just browsed The Trainline - way over £100 return. Cheapish tickets are out there, then.

Yes but they have limited tickets on the return leg at 17.11.The next cheap option doesn’t leave until 19.13.
Don’t look on the trainline.com because they haven’t got the cheapest tickets sometimes.
