Enjoyed part 1 last week, looking forward to part 2 tonight...and hopefully a mention for a weird film called Bad Boy Bubby...stark raving bonkers it was. Always had a soft spot for Aussie films. Breaker Morant was featured last week...that sticks in my memory bank...
Watched a movie called "The Castle" the other day. Well worth a watch.

Picnic at Hanging Rock a classic , saw it in the cinema when it was released , on the big screen a visual delight more a series of paintings rather than a standard film.
Quite a lot of the current content is about the Lebanese, Christian, Muslim street culture which has been an issue for twenty years as highlighted by the Cronulla Riots. It is a good search alternative on Netflix though which reeks of Hollywood productions.

caught some some of the second part-really interesting, so may go back on the Iplayer. Breaker Morant is almost a forgotten film. Great story and acting-Bryan Brown and Edward Woodward in particular. Quite liked the idea of isolation being important in Australian film.

I used to love watching "Spyforce", starring Jack Thompson in the early 1970's. It was a WW2 series about the Australians fight against Japan in the Pacific.
