Name the British Premier League managers. I got 36 on my first attempt.

81. Didn't know much from pre-2000 but the clues were a massive help. I had never heard of the Bradford manager but I did know who the Australian comedian was!

No disrespect meant to you ODF, but it annoys me when the BBC do this and put the brakes on at 1992-93. They must have so much in their archives but if it's not Premier League, they don't seem interested.

Perversely, therefore, I have created my own quiz which is to name all the managers from the 1991-92 in England's Division One.

They are all UK managers apart from one who was born in Ireland.

Some clues:
Sheff Wednesday and Man City both had player managers
Wimbledon had three managers, all well-known names, one a European Cup winner
Norwich and Coventry had two managers
Even Notts County get a mention!

Here are the teams in the order they finished:

Leeds
Man Utd
Sheff Weds
----------------
Arsenal
Man City
Liverpool
Villa
FOREST
Sheff Utd
Crystal P
QPR
Everton
Wimbledon
Chelsea
Spurs
Southampton
Oldham
Norwich
Coventry
-------------
Luton
Nottingham County
West Ham

They've also missed out Owen Coyle for starters.

When I was your age, I used to enjoy the odd game of tennis. Or was it golf?

I thought this, but then after googling him I realised he had played for the Republic of Ireland. Chris Hughton also misses out, presumably for the same reason.

We had dozens of entries to our competition. The prize of a signed copy of Robbie Savage's Greatest Premier League Nobodies is on its way to the lucky winner.

Points of note:
1. Trevor Francis player-managed Sheffield Wednesday to third in the table.
2. Peter Withe managed Wimbledon for three months.
