Hundreds of Eintracht Frankfurt fans turned up in Napoli last night despite being barred from buying tickets. Rangers & West Ham fans have recently experienced this lot abroad.
Karma for the Naples police ?

Its the bar owners, shop keepers, residents and the normal people that get caught up in this kind of "Violence" hitting heavy armoured vehicles with plastic chairs really? FFS grow up and fleck off home

Frankfurt travel in huge numbers which is where they get protection from. There’s a guy here who supports them, he’s 50 odd and revels in the violence they cause. But you just know it’s safety in large numbers. Problem they had in Sevilla last year is Rangers were there in their thousands as well.
A great believer in taking anything you like to wherever you want to.
I was primarily pointing out the irony of their fans coming up against the Napoli polizi who have some history in provoking away fans as they did when we played them back in the Laudrup era

Most of the fans that we met out there travelled from the marina by coach as advised by the club. They were deliberately diverted & provoked by the Polizi. Used as bait for the Napoli fans to attack the coaches & delivered to the ground just before half time. Napoli in the dark after a football match - been there done it, never again thanks. Such a contrast to the Valencia trip that season

After being held for ages after the game a group of us got herded into a caged area near a carpark with dozens of Napoli fans throwing cans and bottles over the chainlink. Definite police involvement. TBF the Swans fans on the upper level who urinated on people below deserved sorting out.
