I've watched 3 league one games over the last few weeks, and I must say that I have been impressed with the quality of football played by all teams. Plymouth v Derby was a game where the quality of football and intent to play, was of a higher standard than what I have seen from the R's of late.
Bolton were impressive yesterday and were deserved winners. Even "little Cheltenham" played good football against Sheffield Wednesday in the game I saw last week.
I hope Plymouth can stay in the top two. | | | |

I thought we had a great chance at winning this in 2003-04 with that draw away at Southend after we'd beat Brighton in the previous round and that went...errr...not too well.

It’s a disgrace of a competition for every reason stated above, but there is something appealing about bitter 600 game 36 year old former hod carriers on £450 a week kicking shit out of 23 year old £20,000 a week academy brats who’ve never made an appearance.
