The gobby looker who told two negatives to do one on Sunday?

Player of the year is a tricky one, I'd go for Chris Foy for that one amazing performance where he took Chelsea apart.

or Neil Swarbrick. I've never seen performances like he's put in this season.

Ted or Clive for me.

It's just great to have an owner of a qpr forum being a mad qpr fan and NOT an F1 and man united fanatic.

You cannot be supporter of the year when you threw in the towel several weeks ago. Step aside Clive.

I'd nominate and vote for Pom. But I won't, because he's gay.

Bare bones.

I think that counts out about 50% of our fans then. For dedication to the game and consistent match reporting Northern wins. He has kept a minority of supporters together by running this site after the rivals one finished.

I have only met the man once and that was away at Stoke very very briefly this year. Instantly I was star struck!

Believe me, the star-struck-ness runs very thin after he gets you on the 8:20 from Euston YET AGAIN on a Saturday morning...

Can we not knock it?

Genuinely touched, would love to follow in my dad's footsteps and win it one day. TBH though I'm not sure I'm very popular with certain people at the club, or the people who have to sit near me on matchdays, so probably best give it to somebody else!

Clive definitely deserves Supporter of the Year.

Think about all he does to, frankly, improve my enjoyment of being a fan. The write-ups he does on all kinds of aspects of the games and not only well written (I am always really impressed), he also brings out random stuff that I wouldn't know about. The history between the ref and the clubs? Where to drink for away games? The perspectives of opposition fans on their own chances. All of this is a hell of a lot of work that our man Clive does without too much complaining.

I can't think of a more deserving fan!

no but the fact you started the thread and then said you were star struck when you met him seems a bit odd

Well, he's hardly going to start a thread entitled 'Vote Clive for supporter of the year?' if the one time he met Clive, he thought he was a utter khant

From going to a lot of games with Clive over the last couple of seasons, home and away, it's clear that he's very warmly received by supporters, including those who don't know him in person and rightly so, because he's a lovely chap.

He often gets people coming up to him at games to say hello or chat to him about LFW, which I think is really pleasant and I know that he appreciates, though quite often they don't tell him exactly who they are!

I've got used to strangers coming up to me now and asking "Where's Clive?" as well. I'm not sure if that's a good or a bad sign!
