Oe thing in football, anything is possible and as its often pointed out Cortese is a hard nosed businessman so why would be baulk at appointing a manager who has had such success at Spurs and Pompey, the fans opinions dont come into it.

I have to say I dont think it will happen, but I can truly say that I cant see why it wont happen.
The bare facts (rather than the bare bones) do give Redknapp a good record since leaving Saints and as you often tell me Cortese is a businessman, he makes decisions based on business not on the feelings of the supporters.
I think it will be a marriage made in hell, but I can truthfully say i can see no reason why it wont happen.

I dont think Cortese would employ Redknapp, but then again I cant see many reasons footballing wise why he wouldnt, the key is what relationship Redknapp has with Les Reid, if Reid thinks he is the man then Redknapp will be coming, but we all know that Redknapp doesnt like to work with anyone above him interfering so that would be a sticking point, however Redknapp is not averse to signing a big contract sitting it out a year raking in the cash.
