How are you going to pay your players after September?

I think it may be you and your fellow fans who has the blinkers on!

I agree Gambo. It's just an extension.

What I'm not liking about this new regime is the constant fawning to the fans. But you lot keep lapping it up, whilst ignoring the broader and more pertinent issues.

Why does it bother you was ste t thinks?

This lot sure have plenty of propaganda tricks up their sleeve, I'll give them that.

That's an ambitious, if summat unusual, number as a target - selling 2,013.

It is quite depressing that 2013 counts as an ambitious target to go honest.

Still more so that we won't hit the bloody thing.

Haven't you already sold 1600?

Aye, apparently so.

But at the risk of the kind of realism/negativity that seems to be unwelcome in some quarters at Gigg at the minute I ain't holding my breath for the other 413.

Undercutting on price is still a decent idea if we can get the numbers mind.

Your not suggesting undercutting your own fans are you? You should be on your board with sentiment like that.

Barry, what were the ST prices before this Day character appeared?

The maths isn't right.

Say, bury operate to our wage budget of £1.2m, then 2013 season tickets sold at £200 = £402,600.

Given that they will average about 3000 next season that means 987 people will pay £15 x 23 = £340,515

I've not even factored in concessions or the vat, and they are still around £500,000 short.

Why can't the buckets see what we can see?

Don't come on here with your 'fag packet' maths (tm. Mong Bourd)

According to Day, through selling to Man City and Man United fans, a shop in the town centre and the 80 or so coaches that come to bury market.... this gents/ladies is an untapped market, that will increase attendances. I kid you not.

Arf!

Mortgage repayments won't be cheap, nor will licensing photographs of footballers wearing a bury shirt whilst celebrating a Rochdale goal.

That comment will lead to another 5 pages, at least.

There'll be effigies of you and I for sale in their club shop, along with items from other clubs, with geet big pins being hoyed into our eyeballs.

I've just read Razzle's fag packet; the discount might not be allowed now.

Don't you believe it. Photocopied University of Life student cards are still legal tender down there.

Who are the 80 coaches visiting Bury Market?

Ronnie Jepson/Chris Beech/Jimmy Bell et al picking up black pudding for a fry up?

If they are indeed referring to charabancs, then I'm sure the good ladies of Melton Mowbray WI and the like would be delighted to interrupt their ethnic northern food buying expedition for a couple of hours high excitement at The Theatre of Org.
