Well done to all the fans who travelled to Manchester to support this man.

No man is rich enough to buy back his past.

The Oyston's have crossed a line with all this nonsense, a line I doubt they will ever be able to cross back. I'm glad things went well for Raggy today, but while a battle has been won the war is far from over.

Saw a clip on bbc nw news and honestly fail to see how its a victory, it appears he hadn't prepared his defence properly and has 21 days to do so, how's that a victory???

The victory was over the Solicitor for claimants because he was trying his best to a) prevent Raggy from being allowed to put in a defence - Motion denied
b) reduce the 21 days the judge awarded - Motion denied
c) application for an injunction - Motion denied

d) every time he (OO solicitor) spoke the Judge shot him down and looked really pissed off with him!

Was a good day for Raggy, but still a long way to go. But it could have been so much worse... if these motions were granted, there would be little that could be done to stop these bastards case. Now Raggy has got a fighting chance

I kind of agree with Bry it looks like he's not taking professional help and unless he does he will be toast in a courtroom.

Thats what I cant understand Poolseasider, he must get professional help if he's going to win, and surely if he thinks his case is so watertight a decent brief would be happy to take the case and the O's money??

Why did Oyston's solicitor want an injunction?
