Brentford's Edge 16:28 - Aug 22 with 703 views

Just got back home after a trip to Cumbria following the Brentford game.

We started well and scored following good work by Delfonso.

From that point on the game swung to Brentford. The main difference between the two teams was the lad Pritchard who played in just behind their striker. This lad on loan from Spurs was head and shoulders above anyone else on the pitch. He had five yards of space every time he got the ball and always looked like he would find a killer pass (something lacking from Perkins and Lundstram all night).

There lies the secret............... A couple of quality, creative players alongside the hard work of the rest of the team. It is what we lack at the moment and needs to be put right before the deadline. All ours players are much of a muchness and have got the quality to open up championship defenses.

Buy a Pritchard or get a big club to loan us quality before it is too late Karl.

Yep, agree with your post. We started to come back at them the last 20mins, but they'd shut up shop! Our midfield is definitely lacking and our strikers aren't much better - at the moment....
