Blackpool are one of 54 sides in England to enter the EFL Football Manager Cup.
The tournament, which is in partnership with the mental health charity Mind, takes place on the hugely popular Sports Interactive game, Football Manager, and will begin week commencing 20th April, culminating in the final on 17th May.
The draw for the first round will take place on Sunday 19th April, and will be announced across our social media channels. There will be ten sides who receive an automatic bye into the second round.
The round dates for the tournament are as follows:
First Round: 20th-23rd April
Second Round: 27th-30th April
Round of 16: 4th and 6th May
Quarter Finals: 11th and 12th May
Semi Final: 16th May
Final: 17th May
Throughout the tournament, the Seasiders will be managed by Blackpool supporter and dedicated Football Manager player, Cameron Omar, who has over 15 years playing experience on the game, gaining countless promotions and cup wins along the way.
